Insurred iphone 8 replaced unwanted iphone 7 plus

I bought a contract iphone 8 with telkom and insured it with telkom fin-rite, it get lost they replace me with iphone 7 plus but still paying for that iphone8.

I did not want the iphone 7 plus I wanted the phone that I insurred and they claimed that iphone 8 was discontinued and I ended up taking the iphone 7 Plus because i didn't have a phone for a month.

The phone was lost again last month I was hoping that they will give me i phone 8 again but they did not they are now saying I should not have agree to iphone 7 in the first place, but I dont understand becouse they said the iphone 8 was discontinued. They were rude to me all the time I asked them why are they giving me the phone I did not insure only one person was nice and understand my concern but could not help me, Lerato.
