Insured cell phone out of Stock

I bought a cell phone at Truworths last year. I then insured my phone in store with Hollard Insurance. The insurance covered Lost/damaged or ****** phone. After a week a received a sms confirming the insurance and the debit order agreement. On the14th of Jan 2015 my phone got lost and I reported it and blocked it, i also went to the police station got a case number and went to Truwoths Sandton to claim it. I had to complete some form and they send it to the Insurance whilst i waited and told me the Insurance will contact me. 2 weeks later, I still heard nothing from them. So i decided to contact the insurance and find out what was happening. The lady i spoke to (Kefilwe), told me i needed to pay an excess fee of R400 which i did. After that i called again and she promised to come back to me and when she did she told me they do not have a similar phone so they offered to give me a different phone. To my surprise the phone they were offering was not of the same value as the one insured. I declined because the phone they offered was also smaller (size) than what i had, and it is not in the same price range as the insured phone. Now i am at a stage where they are not interested.
