Insurance re-instatement

i lodged a complaint 3months ago and i have been i communication with Shaun Tsotetsi who then advised my reinstatement for my cell phone insurance has been approved.<br> August i made a payment of R267 as advised by Shaun till today i have not heard anything from him<br> <br> His last email was on the 23-09-2015 , is this the type of service hollard is offering to their clients? if so it is really pathetic from your contact centre to your complaints department <br> <br> im really not impressed. if i dont get feedback by this week. i will refer the matter to the newspaper
