Insurance *****

i took out 2 vodacom premium contracts in 2018. I stated clearly no insurance on the contracts.As i am due for an upgrade-actually going to downgrade , more affordable package i realized that Finrite has been deducting insurance on my account for more than 24 months *******ly.When queried, i was told by e mail that the money they are deducting was for the old handset.According to them the salesman should have told me to cancel my insurance .24Months later, paying almost R500 a month insurance on handsets not in use they mail me to say its my problem and cant help me.What is this?*****, ******* , just another example how customers get ****** by Giants. I tried to speak to manager, but like all cases he way to busy to call me. Still waiting for a call from Felix
