Insurance complaint fine right insurers

<p>I have put in a claim on the 25th of April for my phone. The number provided by Cell C store in Newtown nobody answers the phone. The operator says they having high calls volumes from damn 8:05 till 16:30. </p> <p> </p> <p>Been trying to call them cause I want to know which courier delivery comany they using so I can call them myself. They rather useless. I want my phone. How am I supposed to get on with my life.</p>
