Insurance Claim unresolved, overcharged premiums

I insured both my sons Samsung S5 phones through TelkomInsurance (which was later administrated by FinRite) a few years back.

Since then my sons have upgraded their phones to an iPhone and another Samsung. I did the upgrade at a Telkom service centre and I cancelled the insurance on the S5's and took out new insurance on the iPhone and Samsung- at this stage I had never heard about FinRite or that they are now underwriting Telkom's insurance. About a month and two weeks ago my son dropped his Samsung and the screen had a crack. As the insurance covers "accidental damage to device" I put in a claim at Telkom and they took the phone for repair. A week after that I received an invoice from FinRite for almost R4000 for the damages to the Samsung S7. As accidental damage is covered I thought none of it. After this I went through my statements from Telkom and found that FinRite and Telkom NEVER cancelled the insurance on the S5's and I have been paying insurance on phones we no longer have from January when the new phones were upgraded. I immediately contacted FinRite via email and telephone- to this day I have not received ANY assistance from their side. I reluctantly paid the almost R4000 so that my son, who is a medical intern doctor and needs to have a phone at all times, could at least get the repaired phone back. This ALSO DIDN'T happen. And FinRite STILL does not answer their phones, my emails or complaints. Telkom isn't much assistance either, simply stating that they can't deal with insurance claims and it is FinRite's responsibility. I am utterly disappointed in the service I have received and I want to be contacted in due course by senior management within FinRite to discuss the matter.
