Insurance claim that never happened

<p>I have insured my cellphone with this useless company . Is been 4 weeks now i am still waiting for my cellphone to be delivered . Even though they told me i will receive it within 48 hrs , told me i wont get cellphone that i have insured , instead they have promise to give me a phone with the cost of R2000 but my insurance was for the cellphone with the cost of between R3000 to R4000 . They have requested that i pay assess fee of R480 , which i have already paid . I have been paying for this insurance for the last 11 months and when my phone was ****** , they are unable to replace my phone . This company is useless , i wouldnt recommand anyone to use it .</p>
