insurance claim rejected

i lost my phone on the 27th of October 2014 i went to town with a taxi i had my phone in my bag the time i got home it was lost. my phone was snatch out of my bag and i call to report i did an insurance claim and it was rejected the rejection say i lost my phone in the taxi. I do not know if the insurance have cameras in the taxi cause they saw me loosing phone in the taxi. after several communication with the abovementioned company i asked for the manager he also just sent me the rejection letter. i paid my insurance every month and i feel as a customer i am being treated unfair, 1stly i never said i lost the phone in the taxi. I state under oath in English in my affidavit that i lost it i never said where did i lost the phone. I think because i mentioned that i used public transport they use that to decline my claim. How do i trust my insurance if they decline on incorrect information. i don't know what to do anymore. since October i am without a phone. This is so much inconvenience and no one accept Bafanna try to help me without succsess.
