insurance claim not processed

i reported by phone lost on the 12th and i was told about a sim card which was in a different phone , i insured my phone not sim card. now my claim is not processed this is a day light ******* , i have always had consumers complain about Telkom insurance . i need a phone , i have been payig insurance for almost a year and this is my first claim.
