Insurance Claim Feedback long overdue
I made a cellphone insurance claim on 2020/10/19 and since today they havent even acknowledged my emails. Policy number IN***

29 Oct 2020, 11:40Your consultant have since rep**** on my email dated 2020/10/19 of cellphone claim and sent me a form to fill up although he is still defensive of not acknowledging my email on his response while still responding on it, I don't know whether he checked the date of the email he responded to OR not .
