Insurance claim

Horrible service eve, I have claimed for my phone on the 24th and only received email with claim ref number (61201) no communication nothing I called 2 times now and both the consultant said they are sending email to person that is handling my claim and I'll receive communication by the end of the day until today nothing I have to waste my airtime calling for service that I pay for
