Insurance claim

Worst insurance company. 2 months going to Telkom checking up after a claim on a ****** phone still no response from the insurance. Telkom gives you their number to call and check up for yourself they don't pick up the phone, does this insurance company actually exist? Because no one helps you or calls you to communicate and its going to be 3rd month now.
