Insurance claim

<p>I claim a phone insurance from game store on the the 27 of Jan,I made all the payment that the want now I'm still waiting ng for my phone they keep on saying they will deliver the phone still nothing if I call them they keep me waiting on the till my airtime end I did go the their shop several times they keep on promising to call me back but they never did ,every month they diduct my money but I don't get the phone I end up bought a new phone cause I'm working with it.please help</p>
