Insurance claim

After having my iphone 6 for two months I was pickpocketed. In order to lay a claim at my insurers I had to get a case number from the police. The customer service was, in the simplest terms, disgusting . After giving them the case number and other necessary documents they then said they needed a copy of the statement. I phoned more than 5 times and I was never once called back by a consultant. After faxing and emailing the documents 3 times they claimed to not have gotten it but never phoned to let me know. Eventually they got it and then claimed I was only covered for R1000 when infact I had R12500 cover. When the claim was finally approved they now insist on an exorbitant excess fee of R3200, only responding to emails after being threatened with lawyers. Disgusting, *******.
