Insurance claim

<p>i purchase my cell phone at game store and i was offered an insurance of which i took and my policy number is</p> <p> GMCML27932. Within 2 month the phone was ****** and did all the steps require to claim and I paid the required access fee amount and it was approad later on 14 septmber 2016 and i was told that my device will be delivered in 3-4 day which they never did i keep on email them and calling them the just promised me the same 3-4 day delivery which the dont honour till to date.</p>
