Insurance Cancellation
I'm really frustrated and disappointed in this insurance companies. I have two cellphone contracts with Telkom and I insured them. Managed to upgrade my devices and had to cancel the insurance on the old devices. Finrite only canceled insurance on one device when I specifically told them to cancel insurance on the other.... sent countless emails and still no response for them... I honestly dislike this company
