Insurance Cancellation
Hi , i took out insurance at TFG store which is under Finrite . Now i want to cancel my insurance some Rachel lady from reception asked me who my Service Provider is and i said Vodacom and without hearing anything or getting more info from me she then transferred me to Vodacom . I never dealt with Vodacom to begin with , they dont debit me but finrite , now they are giving me a run around . Their service is so poor .
