Insurance cancel for a reason i fail to understand

I claimed for a stole phone from finrite and the cancel my insurance because i claimed late. nothing was missing at all, the police case number was done two days so is the blacklisting after the phone was ******. they asked for an affidavit that i couldn't do because of work issue. and that was the only thing missing. the first call i had my claim couldn't be done because i had no police affidavit.

Finrite has the worst service and doesn't communicate with it customer clearly. worst service
