About 6weeks ago my cellphone/tablet claim was repudiated.Reason being that I didn't put enough safety measures in place.Im an educator andI never saw anything written in my insurance document that exactly tell me what a safety measure fitting my job description. I also didn't know that I must have a 2 page, step by step account on my affidavit.More than 2weeks ago I sent an e mail to the company to review my claim. They sent me a generated acknowledgement of my email, but to date no one called me!
