incompitence & activating & debiting with no auth

I Nhlakanipho app**** for a cell phone insurance in mid December through game insurance. Due to the incompetence I cancelled it cause when I called finrite insurance told me that my docs has not been received anyway told them don't want the insurance days later I get a sms that my insurance has been activated with out my approval. Called to cancel and query than got email from consultant that it has been cancelled days later on the 28 Jan 2015 my account was debited with out my approval and debited monies I don't know off. Called on the 28 Jan was told insurance was cancelled and my funds will be reversed within 72 hour till today 4/02/2015 I have not received my funds. I called on the 3/02/2015 spoke to two agents where one just did not want to assist me and other put me on hold for more than 20 minutes and never got back to me. I have had it with this finrite insurance and the incompetence of they stuff members. Was told I will be called yesterday but no one did and I had to call and get that poor service fighting for my own money that was deducted from my account with out owning any insurance and that is just plain *****. Seems like finrite insurance administrators ******* peop
