I cancelled my Vodacom cellphone insurance in July but till October I am still getting debited please refund and cancel this insurance

No one contact me till date and the insurance premium are still getting debited though I cancelled in July . The call agents are spoke to are as follow :

Then I visited the vodaworld to cancel and cancellation email was send by Phuthi, Lele, Vodacom South Africa *** on the 10 October but still November the premium are still being billed .
I call today on the 10 November 2020 and I asked to speak to the supervisor ,they said the supervisor is on lunch and they will call me back at 14:50 I called I was on hold for 30 minutes and still can not speak to the supervisor
Competence is needed in any business to prosper such bad service is a disgrace to the Vodacom and its insurance underwriters
