***********, lying administators

<p>My device was collected for repairs in may 2017 and has been there ever since. I called a several times to follow up how far are they with the repairs and if the phone is repairable as they don't even call their clients to provide them any feedback. I was then **** to by Bianca who told me that the device will be delivered to me by latest Wednesday 12 July which didnt happen and i then called in on Thursday nad was **** to again this time by Mpumi who told me that i will have the device by Friday 14 July whicch still didnt happen. </p> <p> </p> <p>Called again Monday 17 July and i spoke to Nthabiseng who told me their system is offline and will get back to me by end of business which she did and told me that they are still off line and will call me back the following morning to advise how far they are with my device.</p> <p> </p> <p>This morning i called in and spoke to Mpumi again who then told me as per the repairs department the device is still in process which means it is still being repaired and i asked to speak to the manger as i was fed up with all the different stories i was told and the manager wasn't available nor did he/ she return my call. I called Bianca again who told me that they are off line AGAIN and she will call me back by 14:00. It is 16:20 and nobody has called me back. </p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone who is honest enough call me and tell me what the hell is going on with my device because i've had it with this finrite administrators.</p> <p> </p>
