I'm starting to wonder whether Hollard game insurance/Finrite is legit or not, my claim was approved long ago and I paid the fee they requested and I was told that the device would be delivered to me within 2-5days after the lady I spoken to confirmed the availability of the device and that has not happened. It has been weeks now and I call almost at the end of each week to do a follow up but they keep singing the very same song " your device would be delivered to you within 2-5d working days " Very unprofessional and poor services
