<p>I had two cellphones insured with Finrite through Truworths. Both policies lapsed and I only picked this up late but I phoned in December and requested reinstatement accordingly. However, whoever consultant that reinstated the policy never enquired if both policies should be reinstated or just the one. She however proceeded to reinstate one policy. I was ****** on Sunday and the handset that was taken is the one which the consultant didn't reinstate and all this time I was thinking that I am actually covered yet the person that has been hured to do their job didn't do it. Now why must I suffer if the fault was not initiated by me? If I was working for Finrite or had the ability to reinstate cancel a policy using self help functionality I.would have done the right thing or read what is on the screen right. This should in no wY passed back to me because I phoned and was advised that the policy was reinstated. The insured phones is both for a BLACKBERRY 9320 and there is no way I can differentiate between these. I phoned Nomusa at your call centre and she explained that she has listened to the call and that the consultant didn't offer me with any advise regading the phone that was being reinstated. I had both phones that are on your system however the one that was taken by the tsotsis is the one which was never reinstated. Finrite needs to ensure that they take the blame and cover the costs in this regard as I strongly believe thag this is not at a as a result of my fault. Somehow a plan needs to be made and that has to be done ASAP. Please respond to me via email as I currently do.not have a cellphone I also haven't initiated a sim swop as yet.</p>
