These people have been wasting my damn time going back and forth with my query. I fail to understand why it is taking them so long to pay me back the money they simply deducted from my account. I have been dealing with these people together with Vodacom. I have been preventing them from deducting money from my account due to the fact that I have never in a million years app**** for their insurance services. I would not even begin seeing how *********** they are. I work for an insurance company myself so I know very well to do my research before anything else. As for these people as well as vodacom they are pretty much the worst insurance companies ever. No wonder why so many complaints. I want my money back it has been close to 3 months I have been calling and calling trying to get my money but I get the same story all the time someone is working on it. Well now I am highly ****ed and frustrated I want my money.
