I have had the insurance from Oct 2019. Never claimed anything. End of may my cellphone's LCD broke, and was not working properly so I put through a claim. I was advised of an access which I paid first week of June and then was advised it would take 5 working days. Two months later and after numerous calls they told me it was beyond repair, after everything that had gone wrong I did not believe them so I told them to return the phone un-repaired and they did. I went to a local cellphone shop and it was fixed for R550.00 in one day. I would never ever in my life recommend this company to anyone. They are the worst of the worst. Their INCOMPETENCE knows no bounds. It looks like they are trained to mess up everything. PLEASE LET IT BE KNOWS TO NEVER USE THIS COMPANY CALLED FINRITE!!!
