on the 5th of January i went to foshini store in south gate mall to claim for my damaged device i was informed by the consultant that i will be contacted on the 6th of January 2022 and no one called me on friday the 7th i sent on your whatsapp line i was informed that my claim form was never received and i completed the form and i drop off the phone at exact in south gate mall i followed up o monday the 10th january i was informed that the phone was collected at 11:23 am by ram and today the 1/12/2022 i called the call centre i was assisted by Chanelle De Kok the most *********** customer service agent ever..She didn't answer any of my questions everytime i asked her a question she placed me on hold she had the nerve to laugh while i was asking her questions i was informed that i will get my phone within 3 to 7 days and to date its still gathering dust at the store ..also spoke to a team leader by the name of Wilber Van Rooyen i need someone to give me solutions as i cannot be calling daily just to hear excuses
