*********** and Poor service

This is the worst insurance company or broker whatever they call themselves. Its been more that 70 days since I requested for my phone to be repaired. and recently I sent my phone to Telkom for repairs and they submitted my phone for repairs and I have note received any information on the update or the access amount amount. Their consultant are very rude, and don't have customer care s****s, they just talk to you as if you don't pay for their service, they don't come back to customers when they promise to follow up. I am very disgusted and upset. i will cancel the contract with Telkom as well.
