*********** and Bad service from Finrite

I'm sure this is the third review I'm writing about Finrite. I've spoken to numerous people, from consultants to head of Operations Natasha to complaints department I spoke to Lethlogonolo like no one is budgin. I've paid R1500 for excess for the phone since August still haven't received anything. They always say we'll get back to you before end of busines.
