Between Cell C and Finrite, we (my wife and I) insured our daughter's phone. When it needed repair, my wife sent it in. It took FOREVER to get a quote, then we filled in a form (obtained from Cell C Greenstone Store) and submitted it. Two weeks later, and ****erally) hours spent over many phone calls, someone finally tells us that the claim wasn't processed because we submitted the WRONG FORM !!! (Form given to me in person by the Greenstone Cell C Store). After HALF AN HOUR waiting to speak to a supervisor, they tell us she's BUSY. And refused to give us her direct phone number. We are at the end of our teather !! That guy who put up the banner about how Cell C is the most useless service provider ..... was justified. Between Cell C and Finrite they cannot organise a beer in a brewery. Neither one can be slammed without slamming the other. They are both equally responsible. The phone repair has not even STARTED yet, I have still NOT been able to speak to anybody in any kind of supervisory capacity. Nothing is resolved.
