Policy lapsed and I wasn't aware, sent an email to re-activate my policy over 2 months now and never received feedback. Contacted the manager Wesley and he said he would check and get back to me and still no assistance and no feedback. I tried calling and he doesn't answer my calls anymore, this is pathetic and inappropriate service.
