Incompatant company.

<p>Sent my phone in for repair. I took me a month just to get a hold of the right person. They never call back after numerous complaints to the team leaders becouse the management either has a meeting or are out for the weekend etc. Got my phone back with a repaired screen and back cover but did not swich on. My delivery note said send new handset to store but I received my old phone. Had to take the phone in to a local repair shop and they were disgusted with the standard of work done on the phone back cover and screen was not properly fitted and as a result of that even with a protective glass and cover the screen and back cover broke once again. I spent about a total of 200min on the phone with the staff but had no joy. </p>
