Impossible to get hold of Finrite

I have been trying to get hold of Finrite since September last year. I renewed my cellphone contract and got a new phone, and would like to cancel the insurance for my old phone. I was going to give them the business for the new phone as well, but not anymore. Everytime I phone, it sounds like the phone is picked up and put down, I have emailed and received no response and have been in to Telkom to see if they could help me and still nothing. This is unacceptable. Pathetic service.
