ILL SERVICE
On the 12th of March 2020, I claimed for my device replacement. No update from them every time I call them they tell me different stories. Till today (19th of June 2020) no replacement device received. The service is pathetic, all I need now is the money I paid for excess and all my premiums paid to them and terminate the contract because clearly they cannot deliver.
