Ignoring a Valid Claim

I submitted a claim for a repair on an iPhone in Sandton and Finrite declined it claiming the simcard was not used with the phone. I send them proof that the said phone was with Apple support and locked therefore impossible that another simcard could have been used with the phone. Now they wont reply to the claim and phone is stilling at Vodacom Sandton awaiting feedback.
