Ignorance

I took my phone for screen replacement at Telkom it came back fixed but my torch/flashlight didn't work together with the speaker. I took it back the flash came back working but the speaker and power button aren't working correctly, I took it but it came back with the same problems so all this is Telkoms technicians fault as I'm left with a phone that's not working and they not also helping or doing anything. I don't know what to do because my Insurance keeps on telling me to take the phone back for repairs. I want to know how long will I take my phone in for repairs as it always comes back with a new fault.
