IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU. DO NOT INSURE WITH THEM

<p>The worse decision i have ever made in my life is to insure with this people. my phone was ****** about 2 months agoa and i claimed and i was told my claim is succesful and i have to pay excess which i paid. i was told that after confirming my adress i should have my phne after 4 - 5 working days and this was on the 27 April. until this day i am still waiting for my phone no communication whatsoever i alwaya have to call and i ask when am i getting my phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>If i am not told about my phone not yet being dispatched am told about PO story that has nothing to do with me. i called them last week on the 18 and i as promised to have my phone by Thursday or Friday. guess what no phone and still NO COMMUNICATION. yet when its time for them to debit my account they do that and until this day my debit order has never bounced</p> <p> </p> <p>I HATE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
