If I could FINRITE would get zero stars

If I could, I wouldn't give Finrite any stars. Of all the companies which provide a service that I have interacted with, this one is the worst. I wrote a review about Finrite on 20 November and I am still to receive my refund. They make you run around, asking the same thing over and over with the hope that they will wear you out. I am now initiating a process with the ombuds and seeking legal advice on what action I can take because it's evident that Hello Peter doesn't bother them. This review is for anyone who might be considering using them, DON'T!!!!
