I want my phone back.....

I have never met such incompetence in a long time. They took my two phones in for repairs/ renewal in August 2018. One was replaced PERFECTLY fine but the other was said to be fixed, but came back aesthetically fixed but mechanically was still the same. BROKEN AS IT WAS. I phoned them to report the matter which they said someone would colIect the phone in 3 days it took 3 weeks....almost a month for them to collect it again which was collected by RAM who too left an illegible copy of the collection slip on the 7th January 2019. Still to this day I haven't received the phone back. I called and spoke to Veronica Motsweni on the 11th February 2019 (15:16) and 15th February 2019 (10:32) after I had never heard a word since, who told me a fabricated story that the phone was received with additional damage and the damage didn't happen by them as the phone came like that. I told her that the phone was in the same condition as was received because it has never been used since it came from being "fixed" because it still didn't work. Yes, the cracked screen and cover were fixed, but that is just aesthetics. I asked her if the damage to the cover could not have happened intransit to where it was being taken to, to being fixed? She rep**** that when the phone arrives with RAM pictures are taken before being fixed so it couldn't be them...I then asked her a simple question whether they take a photo when collection takes place from the client by RAM to where it will be repaired, she said "no". So what are the chances of the damage taking place during transportation to being fixed. She couldn't answer me. All the same, I told her I'm not claiming any further as I am not willing to pay another access for damage that didn't happen in my watch. I asked her for the recording of the first call I made together with the pictures taken of the 2nd additional damage when said she'd get back to me with a response. She didn't do ANY of them. I then called back they couldn't find my claim with the reference number I have been using: FINR05- ********** . I even gave them the reference number from the slip RW ********** 9 / GMCML51023/ SP ********** 9/ FINR05- ********** 1 and COL ********** 0 finally they found my claim.... Veronica Motsweni said her real leader Boitumelo Thobela would call me to solve the matter.....She didn't bother phoning me. I called 15th February 2019. No luck. I phoned 26th February 2019 15:43, was given the run around. BUT THEN IT MAKES SENSE WHY Boitumelo Thobela's SUBORDINATES DON'T KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER CARE IS......They've got nowhere to learn it from. I called again kept on hold for an hour by Thato Matheakwa who said Boitumelo Thobela is coming on the line on the 08th March 2019 at 12:14 noon. I JUST WANT MY PHONE BACK FIXED AND IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION. IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR?

THIS INCOMPETENCE AND TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING!!!!!! IT DOWN RIGHT WRONG. I AM STILL BEING DEBITED R75.00 FOR NO SERVICE RENDERED. DAY LIGHT *******. I WANT COMPENSATION FOR HAVING TO PURCHASE ANOTHER PHONE AS NO ONE CAN STAY EMOBILE FOR SO LONG....THIS IS NOT FAIR......
