i have submitted proof of payment yet I have to wait days again to receive my cellphone? hell no what happened to customer service? why must I struggle nor wait to receive my device and every month I pay you. CAN I PLEASE HAVE MY DEVICE PLEASE I HAVE PAID YOU GUYS...….
