How is this business allowed to operate? lost my phone 2 weeks ago, when you call they always have a high call volume and you're on hold for over 30 minutes or until your airtime runs out, when they do answer your call they'll put you on hold to check the status of your claim and you're on hold for over 30 minutes or until your airtime runs out, this is a ****, was informed someone will call me with cellphone options in a day, it's been over a week and no one has reached out, is this is even legal tho?
