I need my new laptop

My laptop was damaged in mid march,I reported it and filled in the necessary documents,paid the access fee and after two weeks was told that my laptop can't be fixed.They told me that I'm gonna get a new laptop but have to first pay the full access fee of R450.00. I paid that amount and was told that my claim has been sent for authorization and that will take four days for approval.<br> <br> I called after a week and they told me my new laptop will be delivered in the next 3 working days,that was three weeks ago and even today I'm still waiting. Mind you my laptop was damaged in march and even today I'm still waiting for the replacement.<br> <br> I keep on calling their offices and I always get excuses and empty promises.I NEED MY LAPTOP GUYS
