I AM GOING TO REPORT FINRITE TO OMBUDSMAN!!!
DO NOT INSURE YOUR CELLPHONE AT ANY TFG STORE!!!! I HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH HELL AND BACK trying to claim a phone that was ****** about 10 months ago...
MY ADVICE: GO TO MTN AND INSURE A NEW PHONE THERE!!!! They don't require much documents especially if you are a student!!! TFG CONTINUES TO KICK ME IN THE GUT! I GIVE UP! I am taking my matter to OMBUDSMAN!
POOR POOR POOR SERVICE DELIVERY FROM TFG!!!
