I AM FED UP AND WILL INVOLVE WHATEVER I WILL TO GET SERVICE

I am done with this company, How many more times do I have to contact them just to get my phone back, UN-REPAIRED BTW, All they could tell me is , no mam we sorry, What must I do with that?

I had an agent tell me today that there is no manager available and they are working unsupervised, this is lovely to hear that such a company has their agents working without any supervision whatsoever, it just shows what a damn clown fest you guys are running,

for 4 ******* months I have been phoning and asking for my phone at this point I feel like they have ****** me of my own device, I have been told to wait till tomorrow, if nothing happens I am involving the police, lawyers, the works cause I feel ******, I am paying for a service I am not getting and on top of it the agents have been lying to me telling me the phone is on route when it fact they have no clue where it is.

I am so done, no compensation for the amount of airtime and also how long I have been waiting to top it all off I am still paying for this **** insurance that does not give a rats behind about their clients.
