I am appalled by C-Surance Finrite's service!!

<p>I lost my phone in January 2017 & because I have been paying C-Surance Finrite every month for the past 2 years to date, I claimed in February 2017 for a new phone & they have been ignoring my calls ever since I paid the access fee in April 2017. They told me that I have to wait for 8 days & my new fone will be delivered to my door & it has been 15 days. They're not taking my calls & I've been to Cell C where I purchased my fone & they're also not answering the phone when I call them from there. Please help! I am mad as hell & I have been without a fone for months now. Help!</p>
