hurtful service

<p>my name is namhla i have a insurance with c surance i got robed two months back and made a claim provided everything they needed but they never call and report progress of the claim every time i call i get people with no interest to help me at all if they dont put me on hold till the call drops they wll drop the call on me and they have been very bad and unfriendly.</p> <p>i am so hurt by this they keep on going to my account to make debit orders for something they cant offer.</p>
