How do I claim for my phone!!!

Hi Telkom your Insurance company is utterly and truely disgusting, I have been calling for the pas two weeks to claim for a ****** phone, I get cut off several times, I have sent several emails, as we speak I'm on hold waiting to speak to the manager and it's been more than 30minutes the call agent is not even making me aware what could be the reason for the delay.

Yesterday I spoke to such a lovely lady called Constance who was trying in her power to assist me unfortunately we got cut off again and it's not because of airtime. Today the call Centre agent is giving me all sorts of excuses.

How do I go about in claiming my phone!
