Horrified by the service

Your customer service is pathetic!! Im disgusted! We've been given a run around for months now. We want to claim for a cellphone. We were advised to pay up through Edgars, which we did after the payments, we were sent an sms saying the insurance has expired, so you took our money now y'all decide to discontinue the insurance. We've been calling your centre for days now. Your incompetence agents keep on dropping us or putting us on hold for minutes.
