Horrid and absolutely deplorable customer service!

You are more likely to discover dinosaur fossils than to get Finrite administrators to answer their phones, or give you feedback regarding your claim.

I have a cellphone insurance claim that has been pending for some time now. Every attempt to call finrite administrators is met with them not answering their phones, or an expected attempt by the call centre agents to give you the most ridiculous and excuses.

I have come to accept that perhaps Finrite is going out of its way to provide the worst customer service possible. Absolutely and utterly useless!
