Horrible service not reliable

<p>I called finrite a month ago regarding a claim. They requested all the required documents which were. I followed up on Moday the 6th February and everything was received a request to the couirier company was sent to do a pick up of the device. The device is yet to be picked up. I have followed up 3 times I even spoke to Nomsa Nxumalo who said she would escalate the query as Dean was the one responsible for arranging the courier to done.</p> <p>I expressed the importance of this device being collected on all the call. Yet no one has contacted me nor have the sent the courier company to come and collect. Appaulling service you offer Finrite!!!!!!!</p>
